| Duke Oleander Crystalfist (Jake Rush) Duke of Endless Rains and Admiral of White Sands; Dougal Gem Master - Horizon A stone-faced veteran of the Accordance War and successful nephew of the previous tyrant King Lennox ap Dougal, Crystalfist's history is full of service and violence. As a soldier he worked hard and did his bloody duty with purpose and honor. It grew into loyal passion and his success was rewarded with title, and he eventually married Queen Morganna's cousin. Although he is a fair man, he tolerates little whining or weakness from his nobles, holding them to a higher standard and expecting them to adapt and overcome. He administrates in classic Dougal fashion - by the book and efficient, with a White Sands soft spot for his commoners. His workshop is one of the most famous in Concordia and has produced wonders employed by Monarchs. Since the murder of his wife he has remained reclusive and the attack of the Dragon Nocknar put him into the forgetting for a time. His survival, however has provided the Queen with her oldest confidant and the commander of her armada. |

| Count Shard Coldfire (Ryan Morgan):Unlanded (Orlando,FL);Little is known about Count Shard, other than one day, he appeared in White Sands, with no history to speak of, and little care or regard for the changeling world outside of whom and what he could directly influence. Under Ranian's influence, he developed slowly into what one would consider a White Sands noble, never hesitating to lay down his life for his people, and has done so on many an occasion. For all of his arrogance and flippancy, he will always go out if the call is made, the only requirement being a snide comment or three. Perhaps the most known occasion is his assistance in Boston, against the Fomorians, where he did lead a charge with no regard for personal safety in the least. Since Ranian's death, he has served primarily as Davis's friend, and advisor in matters of finance and the mortal world, with his personality defiantly altered somehow during the recent events of late, more reclusive then ever. |

Widely known (and cursed) for waking up the terrible Dragon Nocknar and precipitating her descent onto the Kithain of White Sands, this Sidhe may never hold title higher than Knight. Despite his terrible reputation for cruelty and deviance, he is also renowned as a master horticulturist, equally dividing his time between his dungeon and garden. With the disappearance of his brother, Thorn currently serves as personal Knight to Duke Crystalfist, an odd match presumably because no other Kithain can control him. |
