Residing in the County of Gilded Leaf (Chicago, IL) and once the tinkerer for Lawrence Fitzpatrick, he now works with Sir Jonas Cowan. This chain-smoking, raspy Nocker is noted most for his skill at building armor and is currently engaged in a new hydraulic project.
